Essential Functions

Terakeet is looking for strategic thinkers to join our growing Product Management team to help us revolutionize marketing through best-in-class service supported by innovative technology.  

Terakeet’s ‘product’ is a unique combination of people and technology delivered to a diverse group of individuals and organizations with varying needs and objectives. Terakeet’s cross-disciplinary teams of dedicated experts integrate with customer organizations to continuously identify opportunities, define strategy, and produce measurable business results. Core to our approach is our proprietary software platform, designed to deliver unique insights to our internal users that aids them in delivery of our product.

The Product Management team is responsible for leading the design, creation, and optimization of software that empowers our employees to generate measurable impact and value for our customers’ brands and businesses online. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution for major features within our proprietary technology platform.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers and other specialists to nurture ideas from concept to effective product launch.
  • Conduct research with users and customers to identify opportunities to improve employee and customer experience through process optimization and product innovation.
  • Communicate consistently with stakeholders across the company to drive alignment on strategy, articulate progress, and gather feedback to inform approach. 
  • Partner with Product Marketing and cross-discipline teams to execute informative and clear product launch and adoption processes.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.

Preferred Candidates will have the following Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a creative, technology, or business related field.
  • 4-7 years of Product Management or equivalent experience in an enterprise environment. 
  • Proven experience launching valuable products that produced measurable outcomes for users and/or businesses. 
  • Experience with the end to end product development lifecycle, integrating user feedback into approach, crafting user stories, refining a backlog, making prioritization decisions, and executing launch activities.
  • Highly collaborative and inspired by the value of strong partnerships with Client Success, Sales, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and UX teammates.
  • Proven experience managing internal and external stakeholder feedback and expectations in a matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with agile and lean development practices.
  • Marketing, SEO, and/or SEM, Business Intelligence industry experience preferred.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $94,000 to $142,000. *This salary range is based off of the market pay for all of the United States; Terakeet applies a multiplier to this range based upon the specific geographic location of a job candidate*
