The Terakeet Client Success team grows long-term profitable client relationships by making strategic, operational and measurable contributions to clients’ unique business objectives.  As the account owner, quarterback and driver of account execution, the Client Success Team is directly impacting the stability and rapid growth in our client portfolio.
As a member of our Client Success team, you will proactively build relationships, identify and mitigate risk, and be the internal client champion for our portfolio of clients.

 • Serves as account owner and provides mature, thoughtful and reasonable leadership to both the client and internal stakeholders to ensure the on-going success of your book of business
• Develops strong client relationships and serves in the role of trusted advisor to our clients
• Identify and mitigate churn risk across client portfolio to ensure company gross retention rates are achieved
• Maintains monthly recurring revenue for our clients by employing proven strategies which drive product adoption and expansion
• Responsible for the profitability and financial stability of a client portfolio, managing the margin of each account in alignment or improvement upon margin of the original SOW
• Quarterbacks internal and external initiatives through cross-functional partnerships with strategic teams which directly impacts overall client success and drives client growth
• Ensures client reference-ability and overall satisfaction level is met or exceeded
• Contributes to the team culture of growth and innovation

What We Need

We are seeking a collaborative and professional Client Success Manager who is looking to make a great impact both inside and outside of the organization!

• 4+ years of professional experience in a related role 
• Experience in SEO and Agency, Digital Marketing preferred
• Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve complex client issues
• Excellent presentation skills – from small to large audiences
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with understanding of situational best practices
• Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Ability to lead, manage and influence both internal team and client relationships to achieve successful outcomes
• Driven by personal, team and company achievement with a commitment to excellence
• Possess that rare blend of technical and business acumen wrapped in a strong client-centric mentality
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop quick and accurate situational awareness
• Proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding retention goals
• Experience and comfort interacting with and influencing C-level executives
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR or Business is preferred or equivalent work experience

We are a remote-first organization hiring specifically within 60 miles of of Chicago, IL., Dallas, TX., Austin, TX., Charlotte, NC.,  Atlanta, GA., Phoenix, AZ., Minneapolis, MN., and Syracuse, NY to help create opportunities for connectivity and collaboration in-person as you see fit. 

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $91,000. *This salary range is based off of the market pay for all of the United States; Terakeet applies a multiplier to this range based upon the specific geographic location of a job candidate*
