Flexible work opportunities for modern professionals

In the modern workplace, flexibility and trust are essential for success. That’s why our flexible work policies allow people to work outside the constraints of a 9–5 schedule. Terakeet employees can schedule their working hours around their productivity instead of the other way around. 

For some, that means having the preference to work earlier in the morning or later in the evening. Finally, we understand that sometimes employees simply need time to themselves to reset. That’s why we’ve built our extensive paid time off (PTO) program which starts with three weeks off, with the ability to earn unlimited PTO. Employees are encouraged to enjoy all their annual time away from work so they can return refreshed and ready to build the career they want.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Terakeet’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is one of the extensive benefits available to our team. Through the program, employees can seek confidential advice, support, and practical solutions to real-life challenges.

Employees can use the EAP to speak with a counselor about financial, legal, and mental health challenges. Counselors through the EAP also provide resources for childcare, eldercare, homeownership, and more.

Meditation for Mental Health

Free subscription to the Calm app

Through Terakeet’s health insurance plans, members of our team have free access to a 12-month subscription to the Calm app. The free subscription is another tool available to employees aiming to improve mental and physical wellness.

The app provides hours of guided meditations meant to relieve insomnia, anxiety, and stress. Meditation and stress management apps are an easy and accessible way for busy professionals to access wellness tools. App users report better sleep habits, reduced anxiety and stress, and improved concentration.  

Health and wellness stipend

Many people maintain physical, mental, and emotional wellness through various methods. That’s why Terakeet offers a health and wellness stipend for employees. The stipend can be used annually towards the cost of memberships, subscriptions, or services related to wellness— both mental and physical. 

For example, this could include a gym membership, fitness equipment, class fees, or app subscriptions. Team members are free to use the stipend toward any wellness measures that best suit their needs and lifestyle.
