We aim to create an environment where individuals feel comfortable to be their most authentic selves. To foster inclusivity and empower all employees, we provide yearly education encouraging best workplace practices and interpersonal connections across the organization.
To support our mission, purpose and values, we sponsor two employee resource groups (ERGs) as designated spaces where identity groups within our organization can connect. Our BIPOC and LGBTQIATS+ ERGs lead member programming, company-wide learning sessions, and community-support initiatives.
