The Director of Learning and Development will design, develop and implement the organizational learning strategy for Terakeet focusing on increasing the functional, business, managerial and leadership capabilities of the organization. This leader will ensure that our learning and development strategy, processes and curriculum are aligned with the strategic business and organizational capability needs of the company. The Director of Learning and Development reports directly to the Chief People Officer.

Partners with HR Leadership and business leaders to develop and execute our learning & development framework and strategy to align with business and culture objectives
Develops standard operating procedures and documentation for certification against training and development objectives
Works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (product owners, department leads, etc.) to craft training programs and protocols for new products and/or processes
Creates a framework for analyzing, tracking and measuring success of learning and development programs
Communicate a compelling business plan for Learning and Development throughout the organization to ensure support and buy-in.
Directs a team of training managers responsible for department-specific development initiatives
Develops and manages the annual organizational L&D budget
Guide training team through the process of developing learning strategies that will integrate learning behaviors into operational processes
Oversees the management of the Learning Management System and all L&D vendors

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
5+ years of experience building out, and standing up a framework for organizational L&D programs, Ideally in professional services
Proven ability to iterate and evolve framework in a fast paced growing organization
Proven ability to interact successfully with cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to coach organizational learning techniques and skills to colleagues and cross-departmental stakeholders where appropriate
Excellent interpersonal skills
Exemplifies strong emotional intelligence skills in working with cross-functional teams during times of organizational change
