The Senior Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for the customer and serves as the key thought leader in aligning the internal strategy with a customer’s business goals and objectives and directs internal customer teams to execute campaigns for our customers. The Senior Account Manager reports directly to the Managing Director.

Builds solid partnerships with account and project teams and assists in identifying and executing solutions in line with Terakeet’s strategic road map and contractual obligations with clients
Owns strategy objectives and maintains relationships with enterprise client partners
Serves as main POC for applicable clients and supports Account Director/Sr. Account Director on Enterprise level accounts
Work with internal teams to identify and vet new opportunities for account expansion and assists in delivering compelling and measurable campaigns for our customers
Reporting on client KPI’s and business deadlines
Identifying and executing retention opportunities and strategies
Monitors and understands the customer’s competitive landscape and keeps abreast of marketing and advertising trends
Lead client quarterly business reviews and future planning by identifying areas of opportunity to expand business with new and existing clients
Owns growth planning and execution for client partnerships
Contributes to the team culture of growth and innovation

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
Three or more years of professional work experience in a related role.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR or Business.
Experience with crisis management / reputation management is highly preferred.
Experience developing customer specific strategies and KPI’s that are in line with business goals and objectives.
Hands on experience managing multiple enterprise customer accounts and handling day-to-day customer interaction.
Thorough understanding of digital and traditional marketing principles.
Track record of critical thinking and application of problem-solving skills; ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve customer needs.
Comfortable presenting in group settings and directly to any/all levels of an organization
Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills.
