The Account Manager will be in charge of providing efficient and supportive services to all clients aligned with their book of business. You will work closely with your Sr. Account Manager/Account Director to execute on client strategies and deliverables. You will also provide support for cross functional teams as needed. You will facilitate all administration needs for clients and continuously seek ways to add value to the client’s relationship with Terakeet.

Builds solid partnerships with account and project teams and assists in identifying and executing solutions in line with Terakeet’s strategic road map and contractual obligations with clients
Ability to build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders both internally and externally
Serves as a critical day to day liaison with the client team and supports Account Director/Sr. Account Director on Enterprise level accounts
Work with internal teams to identify and vet new opportunities for account expansion and assists in delivering compelling and measurable campaigns for our customers
Reporting on client KPI’s and business deadlines
Lead in the development of client-service related documents like meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications or correspondence
Monitors and understands the customer’s competitive landscape and keeps abreast of marketing and advertising trends
Lead and participate in client quarterly business reviews and future planning by identifying areas of opportunity to expand business with new and existing clients
Contributes to the team culture of growth and innovation
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
Three or more years of professional work experience in a related role
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR or business
Experience executing customer specific strategies and KPI’s that are in line with business goals and objectives
Hands on experience managing customer accounts and handling day-to-day customer interaction
Thorough understanding of digital and traditional marketing principles
Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills
