Works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of SEO analysts, content specialists, designers, outreach specialists, account managers and project managers to evaluate customers’ websites and make recommendations that will lead to better user experience and increased conversions.

Works closely with client, internal team, or UX lead (if applicable) to execute UX/CRO strategy.
Can work to understand and document client needs and goals to develop and optimize their websites to drive user engagement.
Ability to think creatively and find solutions that show the value of UX in meeting OKRs.
Develops product concepts, roadmaps, test plans and functional specifications documentation.
Works with the UX lead or internal team to understand and align on the intent, objective, and desired outcomes of the project.
Create artifacts and supports junior UX team members in creation of items like user stories, page audits, low-to-mid fidelity wireframes, and user research plans.
Conduct design thinking workshops with customer teams.
Analyze competitors via usability heuristics or onsite user behavior via website analytics and heat mapping data to identify areas for improvement and new initiatives.
UX Assessments of customer websites in collaboration with SEO Tech department, and reporting on progress against recommendations in those assessments.
Effectively communicates UX deliverables and research findings to internal client teams and UX team members.
Ability to communicate rationale or context for UX deliverables for those at all levels of UX understanding.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
4+ Years of UX experience preferred.
Experience with working in an agency environment dealing with client communication and project suggestions is a plus.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and/or A/B testing.
Ability to quickly translate and communicate complex problems or concepts visually.
Strong proficiency in developing wireframes, site maps, and technical specifications.
Familiarity or experience with research operations or running moderated user research projects.
Experience with commonly used design tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility a plus.
Experience and comfortability in front of clients and presenting/backing up recommendations.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under shifting deadlines.
Develops proactive positive relationships with peers within different parts of the organization.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
